3. Payments

  • All payments for services are due in full at the time of purchase or as outlined in your agreement.

  • Payments are final and non-refundable, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

  • Failure to pay as agreed may result in termination of services.

Top-Tier Recruiting makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of the recruitment process. While we strive to provide valuable guidance and support:

  • Success in recruitment depends on multiple factors beyond our control.

  • All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Top-Tier Recruiting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
